Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs on doors, windows, trim, minor electrical, and plumbing components.
- Work with modular buildings powered by 120/208V single phase with 60A-150A breakers.
- Basic carpentry tasks and assembling items such as furniture.
- Follow all safety regulations and participate actively in safety culture.
- Maintain accurate documentation through Triumph's Work Order System for unit make-ready, material requests, and related applications.
- Operate company vehicles safely and courteously.
- Use hand and power tools comfortably; forklift experience is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience relevant to maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ability to work scheduled hours with some flexibility due to site requirements.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic carpentry skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
- Experience operating company vehicles and familiarity with hand & power tools.
- Travel up to 30% may be required.
