Overview
System One is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Coordinator III to support document management and administrative operations for a fast-paced team environment. This role is responsible for the receipt, processing, and distribution of business documents, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Route business documents via DocuSign for review and approval
- Store and manage documents in accordance with established procedures
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to approval
- Distribute fully executed documents to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, maintain, and present daily and weekly reports
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Support additional administrative functions as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of relevant administrative or document control experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in document control, records management, or administrative coordination
