Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in commercial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to lead electrical teams effectively
- Manage workflow, allocate resources, and communicate progress with project managers and clients
- Ensure all work meets NEC requirements, company standards, and customer expectations
- Enforce safety policies, including LOTO, PPE, and job hazard analysis, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Document work completed, material usage, and punch-list items accurately
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial electrician or relevant supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical best practices
- Ability to bend and run conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels/devices with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in reading prints and following job specifications
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Must pass background and drug screening as required
- State electrical license or documented apprenticeship completion (preferred)
- OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred)
- Experience with service work, troubleshooting, generators, UPS, or controls (preferred)
- Experience working in occupied facilities such as retail, healthcare, industrial, offices, or schools (preferred)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in ceilings or crawl spaces, and stand for extended periods
