System One is working with a local mortgage company to find a qualified Loan Officer Assistant to support their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and analyze complex information.
Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers in gathering and organizing documentation required for loan applications
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the application process
- Help to ensure that all loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of loan applications
- Assist in preparing loan packages for submission to underwriting
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
- $19 - 24 per hour depending on experience
