Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed growth targets
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Direct the implementation of effective sales policies, practices, and procedures
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives and distributor partners
- Utilize CRM and dashboards to track performance and ensure accountability
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and reporting processes to drive results and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on customer needs and execution of sales plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership role within packaging or equipment industries
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Analytical thinker with strategic mindset and solid financial acumen
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, and high-performing teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement and growth
