Job Title: Excavating Site Foreman

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee site excavation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion
- Supervise a crew of 3 to 5 workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Track daily crew hours and completed quantities to ensure project accuracy
- Utilize GPS grade controls and rover for precise measurements and elevations
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for project execution
- Manage site activities related to excavation, grading, foundations, water, storm, and sewer utilities
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a site foreman
- At least 5 years overall site work experience
- Valid drivers license
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in using GPS grade controls and rover equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Understanding of site excavation, grading, foundations, and utility work (water, storm, sewer)
- Experience managing and running small crews on excavation projects
