Job Title: Lab Technician - Adhesive Formulation

Overview:
Prepares and tests adhesive formulations, performs laboratory testing, documents results, maintains laboratory equipment, and supports product development while following established laboratory and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and test adhesive formulations following established guidelines.
- Document laboratory test data and observations in laboratory information systems.
- Operate curing, dispensing, and laboratory testing equipment.
- Maintain calibration of laboratory instruments and a clean, organized laboratory environment.
- Prepare internal and external test reports and perform additional laboratory duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related science field.
- Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical, and mechanical data.
- Experience collaborating on product development programs.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Experience using laboratory computer systems, curing and dispensing equipment, and laboratory safety practices, including PPE and 5S.
