Overview
Lead the operational management, governance, and optimization of Salesforce CRM and marketing technology platforms. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to drive platform enhancements, improve data quality, and deliver scalable customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce platform operations, including enhancement requests, release planning, configuration coordination, data governance, and user adoption initiatives.
- Support Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud programs by translating business requirements into scalable solutions and optimizing marketing automation workflows.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, backlog prioritization, and coordination of platform delivery activities across business and technical teams.
- Maintain Salesforce roadmaps, oversee project planning and execution, and support testing, release management, and user acceptance activities.
- Develop governance documentation, reporting dashboards, operational procedures, and performance metrics to support platform effectiveness and business decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including administration, operations, governance, or CRM program management.
- 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce-related projects, platform enhancements, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including platform capabilities, configuration management, and operational support.
- Experience managing vendors, consultants, implementation partners, and cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, Salesforce certifications, data governance expertise, and experience with Data Cloud, CDP, customer lifecycle marketing, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred.
