Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical machinery.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize operational downtime.
- Construct and repair industrial equipment, work carts, and machinery components.
- Perform metal fabrication tasks including welding, plasma cutting, and grinding.
- Service fluid cooling loops and assist with industrial furnace setups.
- Adjust and repair manufacturing machinery as needed.
- Process work orders and document maintenance activities in logging systems.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (technical certification preferred).
- 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Proficiency with 110V–480V electrical systems (high-voltage experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with welding, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
- Basic mathematical calculation and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended durations.
- Flexibility to work overtime hours and operate production equipment when necessary.
