Responsibilities
- Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment
- Ensure continuous operation of production platforms
- Maintain accurate production reports, test safety and environmental equipment, and document activities
- Possess basic machinery/system troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems
- Understand planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management
- Maintain production standards and targets, identify areas for process improvement
- Document production activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches
- Complete all duties safely, adhering to company safety policies
- Maintain quality standards and production pace
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of production experience (must have)
- Experience working on a production line
- Experience in a GMP/SOP environment
- Ability to read and follow procedures; experience with GMP, FDA, SOP, Batch Records, and ISO is strongly preferred
- Add candidate responses regarding GMP, FDA, SOP, Batch Records, and ISO experience when presenting candidates
- Ability to communicate why they left previous employment
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
- Strong attention to detail in completing records, reports, and documentation
