Accounts Payable Clerk

System One is partnering with a client in Redmond, OR seeking a Temp to Hire Accounts Payable Specialist. This role will primarily focus on data inquiry and data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Review and approve invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure that accounts are accurately maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and administrative duties
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
