Responsibilities
- Provide customer services related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
- Ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
- Create improvement plans in response to customer surveys
- Follow well-defined procedures and guidelines to aid in decision making
- Work within established routines and procedures in the discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service or related field
- Experience with customer relations, complaint resolution, and communication skills
- Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training
