Responsibilities

  • Provide customer services related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
  • Ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
  • Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
  • Create improvement plans in response to customer surveys
  • Follow well-defined procedures and guidelines to aid in decision making
  • Work within established routines and procedures in the discipline
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service or related field
  • Experience with customer relations, complaint resolution, and communication skills
  • Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training
