Overview
System One is seeking a reliable Mechanic to support operations at our Monongahela, PA facility. This position is responsible for repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain safe and efficient operations throughout the plant.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs and install replacement parts
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Maintenance Manager
- Assist with repair planning, parts selection, and labor estimates
- Maintain service records and provide progress updates
- Align equipment, repair small motors, and work with 110V systems
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow Lockout/Tagout procedures
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to repair, replace, and install mechanical components
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
