Must Haves:
- High level of attention to detail; MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, NetMeeting and Outlook;
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral;
- Good multi-tasking skills; Self-starter w/good organizational skills; Possess discretion and confidentiality
- Coordinate client visits
- Coordinate new hire orientations
- Assist with scheduling candidates for interviews
- Assist with record keeping
- Host meetings
- Other duties as assigned
