Overview
This role provides problem-solving and implementation support for clinical application systems. You will help implement, upgrade, and support complex application environments, ensure appropriate testing prior to production releases, document processes, and train/educate users on system capabilities. Participation in an on-call rotation for 24x7 application support may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, upgrade, and support complex clinical application systems; troubleshoot issues through resolution.
- Ensure solutions and changes are fully tested prior to production implementation.
- Document processes and procedures for current and future systems.
- Train and support end users on system functionality and best practices.
- Provide mentoring/knowledge sharing in system analysis & design and documentation methods.
- Participate in a 24x7 support rotation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT applications (required).
- Experience supporting clinical applications / EMR, including problem resolution, account provisioning, and basic system configuration.
- Strong documentation, communication, and customer support skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting rehabilitation-focused business applications.
