Responsibilities
- Assist with moving duties such as packing and lifting heavy boxes
- Provide direction to team and keep the team on track
- Perform tasks involving squatting, long periods of standing, bending, and moving belongings
- Engage in light cleaning as needed
- Help relocation coordinator with tasks such as unlocking units in the morning, handing out notices on unit doors, and talking to residents during moving
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects, perform physical tasks, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to provide direction to team and do what team members are doing
