Objective: Seeking a Business Development Manager ready to fuel expansion, cultivate key partnerships, and strengthen our presence in the industrial and construction industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a modern, data-driven sales strategy.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and finance to shape competitive pricing and long-term agreements.
- Track industry trends and customer insights to refine our approach.
- Representation at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and industry partners.
- 5-10 years of sales leadership experience in mining, energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
- A strong track record of negotiating contracts and long-term supply agreements.
- Solid understanding of mineral commodities, logistics, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Geology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
