Responsibilities
-
Perform coating and assembly operations following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-
Monitor and record product quality throughout the production process.
-
Report deviations from established product standards to supervisors.
-
Operate basic hand and power tools in a chemical plant environment.
-
Maintain safe work practices, proper use of PPE, and good housekeeping standards.
-
Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Assist with other production or support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
2–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
-
Basic computer and data entry skills.
-
Familiarity with 5S principles preferred.
-
Willingness to train and operate a forklift.
-
Must wear PPE (safety shoes, glasses, gloves, long sleeves).
