Production Machine Operator
Objective
Operate and oversee manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production output and product quality standards are maintained throughout all shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor manufacturing equipment during active production cycles
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and adjustments using appropriate tools
- Conduct quality inspections to verify output meets established specifications
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
- Document production metrics and operational issues
- Coordinate with production floor personnel to achieve daily output targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Demonstrated ability to operate industrial manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures in production environments
- Competency with hand tools for equipment adjustment and repair
- Adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols
- Sustained focus and precision in repetitive tasks
Preferences
- Background in manufacturing or production settings
- Experience with specific machinery types relevant to industrial operations
- Technical certifications related to equipment operation
