Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Prepare and distribute lease renewal notices to residents.
- Monitor renewal activity and follow up with residents as needed.
- Support the lease recertification process while following company policies and regulations.
- Keep lease and resident information accurate and up to date
- Process and maintain accurate records of resident rent payments.
- Assist residents with questions about rent payments and available payment options.
- Follow up on past-due accounts and work with the property management team to resolve outstanding balances.
- Prepare and send notices related to delinquent accounts.
- Serve as a primary contact for resident questions regarding leases, recertifications, and payments.
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely assistance to residents.
- Help maintain positive relationships with residents and address concerns as they arise.
- Maintain organized and accurate resident files and documentation.
- Ensure records are kept up to date and in accordance with company requirements.
- Work closely with leasing and property management teams to support daily operations and a positive resident experience.
