We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to independently manage assigned studies with Research Assistant support. This is a hands-on, fast-paced onsite role with strong emphasis on participant recruitment, visit execution, documentation quality, and GCP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day study coordination from start-up through close-out
- Lead patient recruitment, pre-screening, and scheduling
- Conduct/coordinate study visits, informed consent, and delegated procedures (vitals, ECGs; phlebotomy preferred, including pediatrics)
- Maintain source documentation and eISF/regulatory binders; support monitoring visits and audits
- Enter/reconcile data in EDC/CRFs and resolve queries in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with protocol, GCP, IRB/FDA requirements; support AE/SAE reporting
- Partner with Research Assistants for visit coverage, lab processing/shipping, and timelines
Qualifications
- Prior CRC (or equivalent site) experience with ability to manage studies independently
- GCP training required
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred; pediatric phlebotomy is a plus
- Experience in pulmonology/dermatology/endocrinology preferred
- Strong patient-facing communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable in a 100% onsite environment; recruitment is core to the role
