Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Manage signature workflow for NDAs, bids and other contract documents and file executed agreements
- Assist with compilation of documents required to respond to customer bids and RFPs
- Respond to incoming lease/contract/vendor requests and furnish operations teams with appropriate templates
- Assist with collection of vendor onboarding documentation and review of insurance certificates
- Use AI playbook or other internal guidance to generate first-round comments to NDAs and template contract documents
- Assist with tracking corporate reporting and compliance filings across multiple states
- Assist with tracking legal costs and expenditures to ensure department efficiency and budgetary compliance.
- Assist with managing contract lifecycle management software and contract template library
- Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding matters
- Managing incoming and outgoing departmental mail and other departmental logistics as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing similar responsibilities, preferably within the construction, utility, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow of routine operational agreements
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with project managers, procurement teams, and corporate executives across regional offices.
