Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and prioritization, including resolving conflicts and protecting focus time
- Schedule and coordinate leadership, vendor, program and cross-functional meetings
- Prepare agendas, organize pre-reads, and ensure materials are available before meetings
- Capture and track actions, decisions and follow-ups from key meetings
- Coordinate recurring leadership cadences and help maintain a consolidated view of upcoming commitments and deadlines
- Support meeting logistics, rooms, Teams links, travel and events when needed
- Manage routine administrative tasks such as expenses, corporate-card items and other time-sensitive submissions
- Assist with document, presentation and communication coordination, including collecting inputs and managing review cycles
- Triage incoming requests and ensure the right items get to the right leader
- Provide general administrative support across Customer Core and Customer Portfolio as priorities shift
Requirements
