Our client is a healthcare company focused on transforming the treatment of cardiovascular disease and related diseases with novel diagnostics, reports, and a personalized, scientifically designed nutrition and lifestyle program. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction between the company and its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day interaction between our client and their customers to ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience.
- Interact with internal and external customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to inbound calls, outbound calls, faxes, and emails, resolving TIQs, responding to internal and external inquiries, troubleshooting and problem-solving, interfacing with the sales force, and meeting standards for excellent quality.
- Associate/Bachelor's Degree with no experience OR HSD with 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable, able to switch gears quickly, and who works well under pressure.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills,
- Solid interpersonal skills with a proven record of working within a team setting.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
