Our client is looking for a senior level Product Owner to lead and guide a Deltek and Costpoint deployment initiative. This is a virtual role.
Background:
This client is looking to leave S/4HANA environment, connect to Deltek, refactor the code, decouple SAP Ariba from S4 and move it to Deltek and move to a SAAS program. Arriba will be continued.
To accomplish this, integration bridges must be built. Tools like MuleSoft or Boomi are under consideration for this task. There is a focus on less coupling and more usage of provisional tools.
Focus is on a fully integrated lifecycle linked with manual steps. Need to uncouple Costpoint and have SAAS on prem.
The client has practices in both the Federal and commercial sectors. project will also focus on compliance to Federal accounting practices. This project will focus first on the Federal division of the client. There will be a new integration company named for this initiative.
There is a need for product ownership for the client team. This individual will work to establish best practices, work with the subcontractor, and hold the implementation company accountable.
Qualifications for the role:
- Must has significant experience in the deployment of Deltek & Costpoint
- Must have experience working as a senior level Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Must have experience integration with integration tools.
- Must have a strong understanding of Federal accounting practices.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
