Overview
Industrial Manufacturing Company is seeking a Document Coordinator to support their Environmental and Compliance Department.

Responsibilities

  • Support Environmental staff activities in the monitoring and auditing of the Cement Plant, Quarry, Resource Recovery Department, and related facilities to ensure compliance with Federal and State environmental permits and regulations.
  • Assist in the distribution and access to program documents, including plans, procedures, and associated records.
  • Review and maintain production, maintenance, and instrumentation documentation in an organized and accessible manner for multiple environmental programs.
  • Maintain specified records for the management of alternative fuels, including HW manifests, DAS reports, and Module 1 Application recordkeeping.
  • Work with department staff in the preparation of compliance program documents, procedures, postings, and training information.
  • Maintain employee training record listings for required environmental training and coordinate scheduling and recordkeeping for VE certifications.
  • Assist in mailing government agency responses and requests for information, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Prepare cyclic environmental reports as required by permits and regulations.
  • Cooperate with external inspectors, providing access to records and files as needed.
  • Perform receptionist and general office duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining supplies, and supporting SAP data entry related to environmental activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Established organizational skills and document management capabilities
  • Demonstrated organizational capabilities; able to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate activities
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • General knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn SAP functions including purchase order requisitions, receipt of goods, and invoice processing
  • Ability to work prolonged hours on the computer; occasional walking, bending, reaching, and use of office equipment
  • Clear spoken communication and listening skills
