Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Process Improvement with a team of engineers and technicians
- Support manufacturing/production through troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to improve processes.
- Perform tests, collect data, and assemble equipment as part of daily tasks.
- Create and maintai pictorial and instructional guides.
Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and creating guides and flowcharts
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse staff members across various departments.
- Experience in documenting tools, parts, and part numbers for process enhancement.
- Understanding of process improvement in Manufacturing Production.
