Schedule
- Monday-Thursday 32 hr. work week, includes benefits!
- Up to 8 hours per day
- Flexible hours available between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Consistent schedule required, with flexibility to accommodate school drop-off/pick-up or similar needs
- Welcome visitors and provide professional front desk support
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform accurate data entry using order numbers, quantities, dimensions, weights, serial numbers, and dollar amounts
- Maintain records in Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and track information
- Manage email and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Prepare and edit documents in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Verify data for accuracy and maintain organized records
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft Dynamics GP experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Dependable with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining accurate records
