Position Title: Software Java Lead

Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote, flexible
Travel: Some if not located in Pittsburgh for planning meetings
Intended length of Assignment: 3/31/2026
Reason for open position: New project so additional need to build out a new crew
Function of the Group: Combination of mitigating risk, reducing costs and generating revenue.
Industry background: Open to all backgrounds, banking/financial is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coding and managing a team - talking to the requirements and delivering requirements.
- Manage and help junior devs as needed.
- Assist with building out a new crew for a new project.
