Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000 annually
Legal Assistant Job Duties:
- Handle subrogation, property damage, PIP, and insurance claims
- Investigate claims and evaluate liability and damages
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and experts
- Maintain claim files and litigation diaries
- Assist with pleadings, motions, discovery, arbitration, and settlements
- Manage multiple files while meeting deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Subrogation
- Insurance claims
- Property damage claims
- Personal injury / PIP
- Auto claims
- Litigation or paralegal work
We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a strong problem solver. The ability to work independently and communicate effectively is important.
