Position Overview
We’re hiring Production Machine Operators to run and monitor manufacturing equipment and ensure production output and quality standards are met throughout the shift. This is a hands-on role in an industrial/manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, tools, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment during active production cycles
- Perform routine adjustments and basic maintenance using appropriate hand tools
- Conduct in-process quality inspections to confirm products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and help resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime
- Document production counts, downtime, and any operational concerns
- Coordinate with floor personnel to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate industrial/manufacturing equipment (or strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn)
- Understanding of quality/inspection practices in a production setting
- Comfortable using hand tools for adjustments and minor repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive work
- Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience with industrial machinery relevant to production operations
- Technical certifications related to machine operation or maintenance (a plus)
