What You’ll Own:

Full plant engineering accountability: manufacturing, extrusion, injection molding, converting, machine shop, and technical teams
Automation and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Facilities, infrastructure, and site performance, including safety leadership as the Company Safety Officer
Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations
Capital planning, projects, and plant expansion

Manager, Plant Engineering – Medical Device Manufacturing Core Responsibilities:

Lead plant engineering and manufacturing process development (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs
Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues on the floor
Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001
Drive automation, cost reduction, and performance improvements
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team

Who You Are:

Hands-on, strategic engineering leader with ownership mentality
Experienced in regulated manufacturing environments, preferably medical devices
Skilled in automation, process scaling, and capital projects
Strong collaborator and communicator across functions
Comfortable driving change in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment

Manager, Plant Engineering – Medical Device Manufacturing Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related)
7+ years in manufacturing/process/plant engineering, 2+ years in leadership role.
Experience with injection molding and/or extrusion preferred
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD (SolidWorks), ERP systems
AI and 3D printing experience a plus
