Join a growing regenerative medicine / medical device company headquartered in Jersey City, NJ as a Marketing Assistant and help elevate brand presence across trade shows + conferences, digital campaigns (social, email, web), and polished collateral + presentations used by executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and marketing events.
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and content creation.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and branded content.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Support the Marketing Manager with project coordination, reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and administrative functions.
- 5+ years of marketing experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Trade show, conference, and event coordination experience.
- Digital marketing experience (social media, email marketing, website content management).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years preferred industry experience.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally.
