Responsibilites:
- Execute mechanical assembly, disassembly, and repair of production equipment, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Conduct routine inspections and document equipment condition, identifying wear, defects, or non-conformances in accordance with quality standards (e.g., NQA-1).
- Support equipment qualification and validation activities, including documentation and testing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Commercial Grade Dedication (EPRI NP-5652) and Equipment Qualification requirements, as applicable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree in a mechanical or industrial field preferred.
- Experience maintaining mechanical equipment in industrial environments such as power generation, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
- Understanding of Commercial Grade Dedication (EPRI NP-5652) preferred.
- Understanding of Equipment Qualification preferred.
