Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the nuclear quality management system, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and program excellence across certifications and customer requirements.
- Manage day-to-day inspection, nonconformance management, manufacturing integration, and supplier quality to support product conformance and timely delivery.
- Build, develop, and scale the quality organization, serving as the company's quality voice to customers, regulators, and industry partners.
- Oversee regulatory and certification compliance, audit management, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
- Direct inspection activities, nonconformance investigations, manufacturing processes, and supplier quality programs.
- Lead team building, development, and external engagement as part of strategic quality planning.
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing quality leadership roles
- Significant experience working within nuclear quality assurance programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B requirements
- Experience supporting ASME Section III nuclear component manufacturing
- Experience managing quality teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and audit management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging both executives and shop floor teams
- BS degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
