Overview:
The Operations Business Manager (OBM) owns supply chain execution for assigned brands, turning demand and commercial priorities into clear direction for the contract manufacturing network. They lead cross-functional coordination and make priority/trade-off decisions to ensure reliable supply and successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operational activities in accordance with company policies and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to inform management decisions.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and support team members, providing training and development as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations or business management, preferably 0+ years.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with management software tools.
