Job Summary:
Operator 2 performs production processes and operates various machines including soak, punch, Double Disc Rough, Centerless Grind, Core Drill, CNC Slice, DCM, SPLAP, STC, and MWS.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Required:

- Cycling of the MWS and STC operations
- Assist Machinists with machine setup and adjustments.
- Ensure parts meet quality specifications.
- Achieve tolerances of critical dimensions with supervisor assistance.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
- Assist in training Operator 1 employees.
- Maintain autonomous maintenance schedule.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
- Ability to read and interpret part prints.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
