Responsabilidades del Técnico de Empaque:
- Trabajar en diferentes estaciones según las necesidades de producción.
- Inspeccionar, pesar y empacar productos.
- Supervisar el flujo de producto hacia las máquinas de procesamiento.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad, producción, normas de trabajo y el funcionamiento eficiente de los equipos.
- Reportar posibles tiempos de inactividad de producción, desperdicios de producción y la calidad de funcionamiento de cada máquina, además de resumir los datos del turno.
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de Control de Calidad para la liberación y aprobación de las salas.
- Demostrar interés y disposición para aprender y tener éxito en el puesto.
- Completar todas las actividades de capacitación requeridas.
- Demostrar compromiso con la organización manteniendo asistencia regular en el sitio de trabajo, actuando de manera confiable y cumpliendo con las responsabilidades asignadas.

Packaging Technician Responsibilities
- Work at different stations as production requires.
- Inspect, weigh, and package products.
- Monitor flow of product into processing machinery.
- Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment.
- Report potential production downtime, scrap production, and quality of each machine and summarize data from shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work closely with Quality Control for room clearance and approvals.
- Show a desire and willingness to learn and succeed.
- Complete all required training activities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, act in a reliable manner and follow through on responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
