Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of processing equipment and processes
- Make routine tests; observe, chart, and determine process completion
- Work safely with batch processing equipment to produce high-quality coatings products
- Maintain accurate production records
- Handle materials and print labels
- Label buckets and operate forklift and palletizer
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 0-2 years related manufacturing experience
- Communication skills - proficient in written, verbal, and listening skills
- Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day plant activities
- Familiarity with safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities
Preferred qualifications:
- Production operations/manufacturing experience
- Paint/coating batch processing experience
Physical Demands:
- Frequently stationary and moving/traversing
- Occasionally seated and balancing
- Frequently transport, lift, carry, push, and pull
- Continuously reaching, handling, grasping, feeling
- Frequently communicate verbally and listen; perform repetitive motions and climb regularly
