The Reconciliation Clerk is a key player in the production workflow, responsible for managing the return of products from production lines. This role ensures that all returned items are processed efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain inventory integrity and perform client consumption.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the general physical activities of the warehouse to move returns, – this will involve some heavy manual lifting
- Assist in the general administration of the warehouse and using the computer system for returns process etc, goods in/out, dealing with documentation, asset tagging, producing barcode labels, assisting with stock management, helping to resolve discrepancies
- Report any discrepancies with Dock Coordinator and work in liaison with production team to ensure accuracy reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- Maintain inventory levels at high level accuracy
- Conduct internal reviews to assess material usages before restocking inventory after production.
- Confirms that adjustments were properly made by the client and issues the final consumption.
- Direct & Cross functional interactions with other responsibilities in the warehouse.
- Assisting with production during slower periods
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills are needed, plus communication skills/good English skills are required.
- The ideal candidate will exhibit strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration abilities
