ALTA IT Services is staffing a contract to hire opportunity for a Release Management Coordinator to support a leading health insurance customer. You will support project team development. Upgrade the infrastructure to insure smooth process before the team releases the application. Delivers process support and serves as a technical liaison resource in, planning activities for application releases, change management, process optimization, and supporting initiatives. Need to work with several teams, customer communications and notifications are key, update the leadership team, and communication skills are very critical.
Pay: $52/HR
90% Remote
Onsite meetings 3-4 times a year in D.C. or Baltimore
Healthcare background is a must
Required to work one weekend a month when a release is being made.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Communication and technical liaison resource in, planning activities for application releases, change management, process optimization, and supporting initiatives
- Creates baseline tasks, identifies gaps, and assists with re-designing processes to deliver superior customer experiences.
- Document current processes through detailed process maps, workflows, and diagrams.
- Facilitate calls with pre- and post-installations, technical reviews, & support in accommodating requests.
- Analyze process performance metrics to assess efficiency and effectiveness.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
