This opportunity is NOT open to entry level candidates.
The qualified candidate MUST have experience in management of clinical and non-clinical samples.
Overview:

Supports large-scale sample destruction efforts and significant sample reorganization, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and disposal of clinical and non-clinical samples.

Assists in the optimization of storage systems, including defragmentation of storage spaces created by sample removal.

Completes necessary operations in applicable software systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN) to manage specimen data effectively.

Has a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use complex formulas with occasional support.

Identifies and resolves problems pertaining to routine sample management processes.

Completes high-priority and high-volume tasks within the appropriate timeframe while maintaining accuracy.

May perform the receipt of clinical and non-clinical samples, ensuring accurate logging and organization.

May fulfill clinical and non-clinical sample requests to support bioanalysis deliverables and company-wide research initiatives.

Adapts to changing priorities and shifts gears across multiple assignments.

Maintains effective verbal and written communication.

Ensures compliance and proper documentation in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.

Is responsible for his/her own safety in the laboratory, as well as for the safety of co-workers and visitors.
