Responsibilities:
- Receive samples and enter all information regarding testing, reporting, and billing of samples into computer system
- Follow SOPs as described by management team
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely delivery of samples to the lab
- High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sampling, scheduling, coordinating, or related clerical work
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle clerical tasks effectively
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and sample documentation preferred
- Some experience in S&R or service industry is a plus
