Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Work Order Coordinator to support internal business operations by reconciling and processing backlog work orders. This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working independently, and values collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing assigned work order lists, completing required actions efficiently and accurately, and ensuring tasks are reconciled in a timely manner. Additional assignments will be provided as backlog items are completed.
Key Responsibilities

Review, reconcile, and process backlog work orders

Complete assigned task lists accurately and efficiently

Track progress using Microsoft Excel and related tools

Communicate with internal coordinators and stakeholders

Collaborate with HR, compensation teams, and hiring managers

Escalate issues or questions when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently while collaborating as needed

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Adaptable and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in work order management

Prior customer service experience

Experience in the power or utility industry (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with SAP (nice to have)

Relevant work experience preferred; formal education is a plus
