As the first point of contact for clients, business partners, and visitors, you will play a critical role in representing a high-end organization known for excellence, professionalism, and a strong team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, guests, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Answer and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and documentation
- Support internal teams with various office and operational needs
- Ensure all client interactions reflect the company's high standards and commitment to excellence
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong desire to learn and grow
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
