Responsibilities
- Assembling components used in the packaging of cosmetic products.
- Follow established assembly procedures and production instructions.
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet established production and quality standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
