Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production machinery such as Thermoplastic Extruders and line supporting equipment, Molding Machines, Monofilament Braiders, Centerless Grinders, and RF Tipping platforms
- Document activities accurately and completely
- Follow sequences of operations in performing techniques such as cutting, bonding, inspection, and packing
- Work with inks, isopropyl alcohol, and other manufacturing-related liquids
- Comply with FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and company policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- At least 1 year of experience in this role is a must
- Mechanically inclined
- Computer skills required: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office
- Previous clean room experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Frequently required to stand
- Ability to work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels
- Occasionally lift and/or move more than 35 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED, or related experience/training
- Basic math skills and good communication in English
