Responsibilities
- Perform color matching to benchmarks in accordance with customer specifications and requirements
- Scale-up of shades and treatments, including large quantity scale-ups of bases and clears
- Enter data accurately and maintain clear, precise records
- Package and label samples appropriately
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Lift up to 45 pounds filled 5-gallon containers as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of color matching experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting
- Lab experience, color matching, and some chemistry exposure/basic understanding
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Experience with batch making/formulation is a plus
- Preferably experience in nail, color cosmetics (lipsticks, eye shadow), or paint industry
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
