System One is assisting a Tulsa location of a foreign-owned company with a search for an Accounting Manager. It is a dynamic and diverse company with good benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day accounting functions for a growing 40-person organization
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and support IFRS reporting requirements, coordinating with corporate as appropriate.
- Perform profitability analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Monitor and analyze cash flow to optimize financial performance and liquidity
- Prepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
- Will be involved with ERP system implementation/upgrade as corporate rolls out new system
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and business recommendations
- Assume oversight of Human Resources functions as the role evolves
- Support company growth initiatives, including occasional international travel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred
- Strong accounting knowledge with expertise in GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
- Progressive accounting and financial management experience
- Experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Strong ERP systems experience; implementation or upgrade experience highly preferred
- Experience performing profitability analysis and cash flow management
- Strong reconciliation and financial close process experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in an on-site, diverse environment that allows for professional flexibility. Bring a positive attitude, initiative and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
Salary: $80K - $85K
