Responsibilities
- Assist with RFQs related to pipe fabrication and coating
- Manage and process ISO transmittals
- Track and monitor RFIs, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation as needed
- Support overall production coordination efforts
- Monitor internal and external shop schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines
- Stay up to date on project progress and provide status updates when needed
- Enter and maintain fabrication cost data for reporting and analysis
- Assist with purchase order (PO) approvals
- Manage the production inbox, routing requests to appropriate team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF editing tools preferred
- Previous experience in production support, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
